Foshfitt does not provide medical advice. Always consult a doctor before starting any fitness program. You accept all risks of participating in fitness activities.

5. Payment & Refunds

Payment terms are specified at checkout or during onboarding. We do not guarantee results. Refunds are only issued in line with the refund policy discussed during your onboarding or on your offer page.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on foshfitt.com and within coaching materials is owned by Foshfitt or licensed to us. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any content without written permission.

7. Confidentiality

You agree not to share, sell, or publish confidential information, including client data or proprietary training material shared during your time in our programs.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage resulting from your use of our services. You use our coaching, content, and tools at your own risk.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the site or services at any time if you violate these terms.
